For concrete example I take 'diagram 7' (RGB 49/64/4), change to 100/100/0 (so you can see a conspicuous change). Click 'modify'. The button ‘modify' remains with blue layer, nothing works. Get off with 'ok'. In a tab I take the colors for field colors: 'diagram 7' is still the old color. To control, I reopen 'colors'; 'diagram 7' is still 49/64/4. 2nd: Restart AOO 4.0.1 - open 'prefs', open 'colors'. Take 'diagram 7' (49/64/4), click 'edit' > further window 'pipette'. Change RGB to 100/100/0, then click 'ok'. The changed color is shown, the button 'edit' is shining with blue layer. Now click 'modify' > new color and new colors prefs (RGB 100/100/0) are still shown, but the button 'modify' remains with blue layer, nothing works. Close with 'ok'. Exit AOO, restart AOO 4.0.1, open new tab. The field colors show the old color 'diagram 7'. Open 'prefs', open 'colors' > still the old color 'diagram 7' (RGB 49/64/4).
