Did you see anybody there saying clearly he refuses to giva any money and want all for free ? I give money from time to time to Ooo Fundation, to WP foundation and make donations to editors of freeware I use a lot. I'd never been told "to have the right to contribute to an Open Source project, you have to be ready to pay for explaining your wishes". I will go on to give money from time to time to Open Source foundations, not because of one feature, but because of the project and the Open Source concept.
