To be clear, the Ooo Foundation, whoever they are, have nothing to do with Apache OpenOffice, and there is no way to contribute directly to the Apache OpenOffice Project (although the Apache Software Foundation accepts contributions). The ASF also does not pay developers nor does it solicit proposals for contract development work. The Document Foundation operates with a different model and they do solicit development for LibreOffice and related software.
