Hi [~erose], is the case you mentioned above occurring in the production
environment?
I think such a case is very very rare after the normal orphan blocks could be
solved by the current code and it won't affect the cluster too much, which
would only waste some limited space. While the cost to scan all the blocks and
compare them with the Table records would be around O(N^2) complexity. We could
endure some limited space waste as long as it is not too much.
