Yea, it is going to be tricky to fix this in Recon, without duplicating much of the logic in SCM for this scenario. In SCM there is some logic to avoid removing replicas on the dead node event when the replica is in maintenance, and then RM sees it as still present. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
