Thanks — addressed both write paths: - Row-id update files: `_RowIdUpdateFileWriter` now gates on `_value_stats_on` and converts the collected stats via `_converted_value_column_stats`, so counts / truncate(N) record the declared null counts (and truncated min/max) instead of empty stats under a `value_stats_cols=None` manifest. - Native route: `create_native_write` selects the Python writer for a PK table whenever the mode records value stats; `none` stays native (matches Rust).
