### Purpose `SchemasTable.listWithRange` threw a `RuntimeException` from `createReader` when a pushed-down schema-id range filter described an empty range: a lower bound above the latest schema id, an upper bound below zero, or a lower bound above the upper bound. That failed the whole query instead of returning zero rows. Engines re-apply the filter after the scan, and the equality/IN paths already tolerate absent schema ids, so an empty result is the consistent outcome. This returns an empty list for these ranges instead of throwing. ### Tests Added `SchemasTableTest.testReadSchemasWithOutOfRangeFilterReturnsEmpty`, pinning the three empty-range cases (lower bound above the latest id, upper bound below the first id, lower bound above the upper bound) to an empty result. Updated `CatalogTableITCase` so the `schema_id >= 6` case on a table whose latest schema id is 4 asserts zero rows instead of a thrown `RuntimeException`. ### API and Format No. ### Documentation No. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
