Support scoped and filtered metadata statements in SQLContext: ```sql SHOW TABLES IN db; SHOW TABLES FROM catalog.db LIKE 'prefix%'; SHOW CATALOGS; SHOW SCHEMAS IN catalog; SHOW DATABASES LIKE 'prefix%'; ``` Preserve the existing unqualified SHOW TABLES scope and information-schema result columns. Honor identifier quoting/case rules, keep listings metadata-only, preserve namespace errors, and reject unsupported modifiers rather than silently dropping them.
