Something deprecated in 10.1 should not have been lumped in with the older
connect() deprecation. Please keep the dedicated ZK builder constructor for
now. It has to wait till 11.0.
I wish Eric's PR that added the deprecation version annotation had landed
already because I've been looking for that.
