That definitely helps with giant configuration instances not coming in just
because they exist. I'll make the change. One drawback though is that the
Comparator, Partitioner etc accept Configuration - so there's a mismatch there.
Will make the following changes and commit.
- Change conf to Map for comparators, partitioners, etc.
- Change combiner to follow the same model
- remove setEncryption
- Docs about defaults
- Renames
