For simplicity, I think "v1/config" is good, that implies the cluster config.
For the second point, IIRC, [~wilfreds] brought this up earlier, we should use
"v1/config" endpoint for all config related REST APIs.
1) GET: get the cluster config
2) PUT: update the config
3) POST: validate the config
can we do something like this?
