Since this PR has been committed, will open new jira's to make use of above
explained middleware (wrapper on response writer) in all API's (New as well as
old ones). Since this is touching old API's, we need parallel co-ordination
with UI side as well because change in error response structure would break the
UI side (for the trunk build).
