What are we defaulting dry_run to? Based on the discussion I would think that
dry_run would be true by default but can we specify that? I know that in java
we can specify it in the @DefaultValue annotation of the web service
definition. Which means it shows up in the documentation etc and we can also
code it like that without surprises.
Beside the documentation and not springing any surprise on the user I am all
for the POST usage
