To clarify, it's fine if Cloudera already has budgets and dedicated UI
engineers working on this, for your own business purpose.
But from our perspective, it's **very unlikely** that community users are gonna
adopt it. Thus, at least we need to make sure all the metrics in YuniKorn UI
are exposed via metrics reporter to Prometheus.
