actually, yes - mostly because the issue tracker is a tad arcane.

but i'm quite pedantic about preserving project history, and by that i
don't mean just git. any migration is likely to be disruptive.

also, i have a hard time coming up with another hosting service that
offers all features sf does. whatever else i'd choose would be either a
multi-provider solution, or would impose severe changes on the way of
working.
