Thanks.
I've made a function that list all the font into the layer PDF page. I consider a font
is embedded when the "FontFile2" property of the font descriptor is filled (see into
some examples). So, when the font is embedded, i remove the "FontFile2" property.
This process is made on the fly to the reader object.

It works fine for the "Arial" embedded font.

Before :
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Arial | TrueType |Windows |
Arial | TrueType | Windows | Embedded | TrueType
Arial,Bold | TrueType | Windows | Embedded | TrueType

After :
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Arial | TrueType |Windows |
Arial | TrueType | Windows | Arial MT | Type 1
Arial,Bold | TrueType | Windows | Embedded | TrueType

After the font modification i remove the unused objets (unused embedded font). The
original 224KB file goes to 87KB.

As you see, the "Arial,Bold" remains embedded and the "FontFile2" is null for this
font. So it is not detected has embedded. There must exist another way to know the
font is embedded. Do you know this property (i've also tried "FontFile" and
"FontFile3") ?

I made my function with some examples found on the net and i don't understand very
well the dictionary system and the font system. Don't you know any usefull link that
could help me ?

Thanks
