I am using 'r...@localhost' <'r...@localhost'> as user and belongs to * itsm-configitem.* I am able to create Config-items but as a class like computer,Hardware,Network..etc. I want to create an item of class computer like Desktop-2583, with its attributes as, RAM-256, processor-Intel dual core, HDD-130GB...etc Kindly suggest a way in this regards.
