Just to get this right, are you proposing the development of a new
email sync solution based on the Tizen Watch notification model??
You mean something like Bluetooth MAP, just 'done right'? Have you
checked the MAP spec? Wouldn't it be just more easier implementing
*that* standardized solution - and see how many phone manufacturers
actually take the burden of implementing it... not many.
I wonder how many device manufacturers will then implement this
specific Samsung solution...
I am not proposing to adopt the Samsung code and standardized services
like MAP would be good to support but it is still very immature and
mostly not available in phones in use today by the public.
I was rather looking at the use case than to the technology.
The Tizen Watch, proposes to unify all messages services (not only
mail) and I think that is could be a real value.
