I still have tinny audio on the internal input only of a PVR-150.
The tuner audio sounds fine. Wish someone could figure out why so I
could use the composite input.

Software versions:
ivtv 0.7.0
kernel 2.6.17-1.2157_FC5

Capture card:
Hauppauge WinTV PVR-150 card (cx23416 based), tveeprom model 26152,
rev C599

Firmware:
99836e41ccb28c7b373e87686f93712a /lib/firmware/v4l-cx25840.fw
d85cb08382395390dc95ac6ebc2205f9 /lib/firmware/v4l-cx2341x-enc.fw

Motherboard (since someone mentioned this could be the problem):
SOYO P4VGM
Celeron 2.8 Ghz Socket 478
