I tried Nick's settings, but I got the same results as with the other
settings I
used for the cards in the order PVR-350 - PVR-150. 
Everything seems to initialize ok:

I tried adding a cx25840 module in there, but I could not get a
setting that worked.
Shifting the cards around solves the problem like before, but then I
still cannot get the framebuffer up on the TV out!

Has anyone seen this before??
