As for Myth I have no idea what's happening as I'm not able to recreate the problem no matter what combination of settings I use. Xine is a different matter, as unless you tell it otherwise it defaults to a 768x480 window & all video is centered in this window. This causes problems whenever the screen resolution is lower than this. The maximum width from the PVR350 is 720 pixels, so the right edge of the window is lost but xine is still working with a width of 768, and all video is centered in this 768 pixel wide window resulting in the right shift. Even if your resolution is only 320x200, xine will still start in a 768x480 window and both scale & position the image accordingly. Yes, I did try xine at this res on my NVidia card, and there was a huge black border on the left, and all I could see of the video was a small but magnified section from the top-left corner. By running xine full-screen, or using the geometry option, it will not use the default width. If you're interested, the 'offending' code for Xine is in the xine-ui portion and can be found in src/xitk/videowin.c -- Ian ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the 'Do More With Dual!' webinar happening July 14 at 8am PDT/11am EDT.
