Hello, with whatever combination of driver and firmware versions, my PVR350 based mythbox get locked-up (the tuner is unsuable, but the rest of the PC is working ok) after a random amount of time when recording/watching a show.
The messages i get are different between versions of ivtv, but i always see this : Aug 21 23:09:44 pvr kernel: ivtv warning: ENC: REG_DMAXFER 2 wait failed and then the PVR is stuck. I've tried every versions since 0.2.0rc3x without success, image quality is much better with recent 0.3.7x (0.2.0x displayed white, square artifacts and jumpy images), and it takes longer (1 or 2 hours) to display the problem. As i've found very few references to this particular problem, or some where it did not seem very I am starting to suspect an hardware problem, especially a conflct with one of the various cards in this box (wlan (ndiswrapper), skystar2 PCI). The thing is that it does not display any problem when running under windows (but it is used less intensively in this case, some channel switching, no ringbuff, etc ...) Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
