Yeah, you're going to have some serious problems, as the tuner is not  
being set for your card.

Also, I did not see any messages from tveeprom.  This doesn't look  
good at all.  What version of ivtv did you use before 0.4.1?  Do you  
have any module options?  It looks like your kernel might be using  
the versions of tuner and tveeprom that came with it instead of the  
ivtv versions (which works ok for me, but not everyone).  You also  
want to verify that you are using the ivtv versions of tda9887 and  
msp3400.
