I found a page, http://ivtv.writeme.ch/tiki-index.php?page=FirmwareVersions, that seems to list a lot of firmware revisions for Hauppage cards, and I downloaded the one recommended for ivtv 0.3.9 or later (I'm running 0.4.1) but the zip file only contains .inf and .sys files, yet my /lib/modules/ directory for ivtv has .rom and .bin files. How do I use these recommended firmware files to see if it is indeed the cause of my no sound on a PVR500?
