Well, where exactly is your firmware file v4l-cx2341x-enc.fw located? I.e. can it be found by the driver?
Look at http://www.ivtvdriver.org/index.php/Firmware, if you have hotplug enabled, hotplug must be able to find it, e.g. place the firmware in /usr/lib/hotplug/firmware. If you don't have hotplug, then put it into /lib/modules.
