I have a similar problem. I have already posted my ivtv log but would be happy to do so again. Since I moved to FC5 on a slave system, my known good PVR-150 no longer works, I get the dreaded "0x44 hardware not found for command" error. A PVR-500 temporarily placed in the same machine worked fine.
