Be sure to clean out old IVTV files...

I had a problem when working with both RPMs and source. I had screwed
up my kmdls. Per Axel's advice, I booted to another kernel, removed
the kernel and kmdls I wanted to use, made sure I didn't have any of
the IVTV files (msp3400.ko, et cetera). Reinstalled the SMP kernel and
kmdls, yum installed ivtv-firmware, ivtv-kmdl, ivtv, and it worked.

I don't know if you have any source stuff on your PC but make sure you
don't have any of the these files laying around...search for all of
them.
