Jon,

When you tested the PVR-500 card in Windows, did you use the same exact
cable that you are using now with your tests? Did you plug it up differently
at all (Maybe you have hooked up an extra splitter now... 
Plugged in something else)? Do you get a clear picture on the cards when you
hook only one up at a time? Reading your first post makes me think of signal
strength. I know that was a big factor on getting a clear picture out of my
PVR-500 (On both tuners... The first one had a significantly better looking
picture). I added a signal booster before my splitter and it fixed most of
my problems.

I used the same exact cable and no splitter for each test--I disconnect the
cable from one card and connect to the next as I go, so the signal that
works on the PVR-150 is the exact same signal that produces static on the
PVR-500s.
        Adding a signal booster might fix the problems, but I doubt it since
the PVR-150 and a TV are able to receive the same signals with good clarity.
