Absolutely nothing, unfortunately. Nothing new in /var/log/messages,
/var/log/kern.log or /var/log/syslog/

I should mention that when I say I get this problem with "noisy" video
input, I mean "really noisy" video input (the worst offender is the
type of tv interference that looks like snow).
