I had the same problem (pvr350 recording "fast audio" and choppy video)
and recompiling saa7127 + removing video4linux fixed it for me.
My tv-out is working fine but I don't use the ATRPMs version of MythTV, I
installed MythDora 4.0 and then hacked things (ivtv-fb) around according
to
directions from pages like:
