OK, gone through the procedure as described... first issue I ran into 
(after needing to install gnupg and ncurses-devel) was that the module 
needs to be copied to /lib/modules/2.x.fc6/updates/drivers/media/video/ 
not /lib/modules/2.x..fc6/kernel/drivers/media/video/ as listed. Once I 
figured that out and overwrote the old one.... still no love. Choppy 
video, and "survivorman" sounds like a castrated chipmunk. I can't 
locate any other versions of saa7127.ko out there.
