I don't know what this card is really called. The desktop page
here:

simply calls it "TV tuner card with FM tuner". Apparently this is the
windows driver for it:

or so it seems based on some random google searches.
I did find an archived thread from last October:

where Sander Sweers suggested "Can you try and play around with the
cardtype module option? For example try cardtype=7 or cardtype=12. (see
modinfo ivtv for a complete list)." I tried cardtype=7 and it worked
the first time. So I thought I'd mail the list to provide the card
details so they can be added to the driver.
