Video captured with my PVR-150 on the composite input has been showing a
black border on the left and bottom edges.  This is mostly a nuisance, but
something I'd like to be rid of.  Here's a link to a still from captured

I'm using IVTV 1.3 on kernel 2.6.26.6-49 (Fedora Core 8).  The problem has
persisted across multiple versions of the kernel.  Here's the output from
