I think the easiest would be having to (more or less) independend
modules in
the Ivy project: Ivy Core and IvyDE ...

Ant has also several "independant" moduls: Core, AntUnit, AntLib .NET,
AntLib SVN, ...


If it's possible to have several modules like that, it would be nice. But
would the ASF be ok for that? Do we have to submit another proposal? Is
eclipse dependency ok according to ASF licensing policy?
