From an ASF point of view it is fine, however, I gather from this discussion that the IvyDE code was not a part of the IVY codebase that was the subject of the original proposal. With this in mind, I would recommend posting to the [EMAIL PROTECTED] list stating your intentions and stating that lazy consensus is in operation, in other words, you will go ahead with bringing over the code unless someone objects within 3 days (possibly longer it being a weekend). Alternatively, wait for an answer from one of your official mentors.
