While I dont know the policy enough, I think having a 2nd proposal and a

2nd project would be too much work. Should be done inside this proposal.


I agree. Could someone else confirm it makes sense to migrate IvyDE as a sub
module of Ivy?

Having dependencies on Eclipse should be ok, too. Think of Ant: we have
build time
dependencies on 3rd party jars like Weblogic and others.
BUT: we dont distribute them and dont have them in our svn-repository.


Ok, thanks for the information. So it seems it may be a good solution to do
it like that, if others (mentors?) can confirm they agree on that.
