As the version number indicates, I am realy close to releasing this document and don't want to make major changes that have a risk of introducing new errors.So I will make a note about the splitting between references and footnotes (which you did explain to me before, Vasile - so I should have acknowledged that). I'll do the same for the too frequent use of specific phrases mentions by Rob and maybe for other relevant issue's. I'll process the rest and will post an updated version in the next few days.
