Thanks guys. I will copy the Jaluino & microchip schematic as
suggested. I will just put a note that says the VDD connection is
sometimes not needed. I guess you guys are confident enough about this
connection since it is on Jaluino, which hopefully will be popular and
used on many types of programmers. As stated, the connector will be
changed as well to reflect PIC Kit 2.

Anyways, Here's an image of my weird and wacky ICSP + Bootloader(CTS
reset) + Reset switch schematic, I would love to hear more suggestions
for it. I can plug in both ICSP & Bootloader at the same or use the
reset switch without blowing anything up. There may not be sufficient
capacitor reset during start up, what do you think?
