Is OK to change PLLEN to PLLDIV as is on other compilers but for

Before every new commit of device files I do a compare of the new with the current set. That is a good check if the changes in script and helper-files have the intended effect (and no unintended negative effects!). With a new release of MPLAB it shows me the changes originated by MPLAB. In most cases these changes are corrections or omissions of the previous release. But it requires much time for consulting the datasheets... By 'freezing' existing device files we may avoid nuisances of the changes, but we'll miss these positive aspects of new releases of MPLAB too! And when new PIC arrive new device files may not be consistent with the frozen files, which is unacceptable for function libraries. Regardless the negative aspects, re-generating all device files with a script like we do now is in my opinion still the best and safest way to keep the device files up-to-date and consistent.

As for your work, is a top quality one, thank you! Also, thank you for
that wiki page which permit to easy find the datasheet for any PIC I
want because Microchip changed the way you can find a datasheet and is
much harder (if not impossible) to use it.

Thanks for the compliment! (I wanted to make it easier for myself!)

Regards, Rob
