Re-opened this issue because current device files have it not completely
fixed.
For example the alias pin_SS for pin_SS1 is missing. Most likely there are
more errors because the implementation of the aliases in pinmap.py. This is
clumsy because with every new PIC the required aliases have to be added
manually, a possible source of errors. The generation of these aliases is
better to be inluded in the dev2jal script.
