Matt, and others using glcd libraries.
I've been experimenting with a glcd with KS0108 chips and thought it necessary to make some changes.
Since I found not a single sample using the glcd_ks0108 library I had a pretty hard time to find out how to use it, but I think I have it under control now. I have changed the timing a little, a.o. replacing NOPs with _used_delay() and I did some code optimisation and extended some comments.
I made also some changes in the glcd_common library, in particular for issue #168, but also some code and comment improvements. Furthermore I implemented 'clipping' in the glcd_ellipse procedure (made a separate procedure to reduce duplicate code). Drawing whole ellipses larger than the display shows only the parts which fit on the physical display. Possibly also some other procedures may require clipping to prevent drawing pixels on unexpected places
Unfortunately I have no other glcd than the one with KS0108 chips, so before I commit these changes I would like to ask a volunteer to test my changes with other types of glcds. Who???
