Hi,

I am new to Linux, and to this mailing list.

I am in the process of setting up open-office but setup cant find
the java environment... I read the notes it gave me
and also seached for java... I think it iws on my machine
somewhere - Is it?

$ locate Java | grep StarOffice
/home/apps/StarOffice6.0/share/config/registry/instance/org/openoffice/Office/Java.xml
/home/apps/StarOffice6.0/share/config/registry/template/org/openoffice/Office/Java.xml
/home/apps/StarOffice6.0/share/config/registry/cache/instance/org/openoffice/Office/Java.dat
/home/apps/StarOffice5.2/share/bookmark/english/Java
/home/apps/StarOffice5.2/share/bookmark/english/Java/boutique.url
/home/apps/StarOffice5.2/share/bookmark/english/Java/jars.url
/home/apps/StarOffice5.2/share/bookmark/english/Java/javasoft.url
/home/apps/StarOffice5.2/share/bookmark/english/Java/jconsole.url
/home/apps/StarOffice5.2/share/bookmark/english/Java/jsystem.url
/home/apps/StarOffice5.2/share/bookmark/english/Java/jsetup.url

I tried to tell setup to go to:
/home/apps/StarOffice5.2/share/bookmark/english/Java

but that did not work... I'm lost - help appreciated.
