Hi,

Most users of my application will use a P II PC with about 128MB Ram
and Windows NT and OpenGL. What
kind of Graficcards would you recommend for this configuration with
hardware acceleration with reasonable costs?
I want to be sure, that hardware acceleration is used and someone told me
the card should have a AGB-Bus.
So with which kind of graphicards did you have good expierence?
I have been told, that the GeForce chip is the best chip in the moment,
but unfortunately it might be still to expensive for the users. What about
a Riva TNT chip? I read in the FAQ about problems with the TNT chips. Are
they solved for J3D1.1.3 or J3D1.2beta?
I am not sure which kind J3D version I will use, know I am working with
J3D 1.1.3 but I am thinking to change to J3D 1.2beta because of the
picking, which I get hopefully then to work properly. Did someone have
expirience with J3D1.2beta picking yet?

I really would appreciate your expieriences.
Thanks, Desiree
