Biswajit,

As Karsten points out this is a challenging problem that many individuals
and organizations are working to solve or at least to improve upon what
already exists. There are a variety of techniques for reconstructing 3D
data from 2D images or other sources.

You may want to look into:

- Raindrop Geomagic (3D from 3D Scan): http://www.geomagic.com
- Viewpoint (creator of 3D models using various tools):
http://www.viewpoint.com
- Renoir (3D from photos):
http://www.integra.co.jp/eng/products/renoir/renoir.htm
- Geometrix (3D Object Scanner) http://www.geometrixinc.com/
- 3D Builder Pro (3D from photos): http://www.aay.com/release.htm

Good luck with your project.
