I've been using "Computer Graphics: Mathematical First Steps" by Egerton and
Hall (ISBN 0135995728). It's actually a school book I believe, with exercises
at the end of each chapter. It starts with a basic trig and geometry review,
and eventually gets into the more advanced topics of 2D and 3D math. There's
not a bit of code in the book, just math; which was perfect for me.

Cheers,
