/usr/bin/vi :), more specifically /usr/bin/vi /etc/X11/XF86Config will get
you into the correct part of the control panel. The help button appears to
be missing on linux, but appendix D of
ftp://download.nvidia.com/XFree86/Linux-x86/1.0-4496/README.txt seems to
be a non pretty version of the help text :)
