Well yes.  It assumes that the Java Posse is the only thing that
people listen to.

Stored pause positions are easily lost, assuming that they're even
available, on most mp3 players and scrolling back and forth through a
long podcast is a particularly frustrating experience (and if you're
driving in the UK - which is where I listen to 90% of my podcasts -
illegal).  I sync my iPod to several podcasts each night, plus a
rotation of music, and it loses any stored pauses in the process.

I could listen all day to the Posse (and other podcasts), if I was
driving, but I can't work and take in third party conversation.  At
work it's music or nothing.  And, at the end of a day's work, I don't
want to start my journey home by finding which podcast I was on and
where I'd gotten to.
