That's just a bootstrapping problem, not everyone are comfortable
around Lynx or like issuing raw GET commands through telnet.
Meanwhile, nobody every kept me from installing whichever browser I
want, neither on Windows nor Linux. We're not talking default here,
we're talking exclusiveness. Would you be ok if Apple also started
controlling what apps you can and can't install on your Mac?
