There is no impediment to installing another browser.
The linux distro's are not leveraging a monopoly to put someone out of
business when they install firefox.
Firefox is not integrated into the operating system in a manner that
makes it difficult to remove.
A linux distro is pretty much the definition of unfettered choice.
