Flash isn't on there. Neither is actionscript. What is on there is 'Rich Internet Applications' as well as 'JVM'.
So, win for java, lose for flash. It's also just one site's opinion. NB: Disclaimer: RIA is a silly term, and while taking the term on face value means anything but flash, JavaFX, and Silverlight, I'm guessing that's what it's supposed to mean.
